As a former President of the 4th Commercial Court of First Instance in Istanbul, Adil Giray Hancilar is a Partner of Arslan Law Firm and leads the Litigation practice of our law firm.

As a former judge with 30-year professional career, Adil Giray Hancılar has contributed to the settlement of most critical legal disputes in Turkey.

Beside his expertise in litigation and dispute resolution, Adil Giray Hancilar has a strong practice in Commercial Law, Capital Markets Law, Competition Law, International Trade Law as well as Bankruptcy and Enforcement Law.

Adil Giray Hancılar graduated from Dokuz Eylul University Faculty of Law and is a member of Istanbul Bar Association.
