Aylin Seda Arslan is a Partner and leads the Real Estate and Construction practice of Arslan Law Firm.

Aylin Seda Arslan specialises in all aspects of Real Estate Law and provides domestic and international clients with legal guidance in all phases of real estate projects and investments from the planning stage to execution. She has been a lead legal counsel in major real estate deals including housing, hotel, office, commercial centre and shopping mall projects. Beside her practice in real estate law, Aylin Seda Arslan has represented many national and multinational corporations in a number of critical transactions including Strategic Partnerships, Foreign Direct Investment projects and Cross-border Mergers and Acquisitions. Aylin Seda Arslan also provides Arslan Law Firm’s clients with legal advisory in matters related to General Corporate Law, Competition Law and Labour law.

Aylin Seda Arslan graduated from Kadir Has University Faculty of Law and obtained her master’s degree (LL.M.) from the University of San Diego in the United States. Aylin Seda Arslan serves as a member of Istanbul Bar Association.
