Ramazan Arslan is the founding partner of Arslan Law Firm and ALBARS Corporate Finance Consultancy.

Admitted to both New York State and Istanbul Bar Associations, Ramazan Arslan has acted as lead legal counsel in major greenfield investments and cross-border mergers and acquisitions projects. Ramazan Arslan specialises in legal matters related to Commercial and Corporate Law, Project Financing, Privatisations, Energy Law, Construction and Real Estate Law, Banking and Finance Law, Business Crime and Commercial Fraud Law, Intellectual Property Law, International Arbitration and Litigation. In this regard, he provides international and domestic clients with legal guidance in strategic investment decisions, sale and transfer of assets and shares, complex litigation and arbitration matters, as well as bankruptcy, postponement of bankruptcy and debt restructuring proceedings. Furthermore, he provides company executives and board of directors with practical legal advisory in the day-to-day management and administration of businesses, arrangement of commercial agreements and management of other related legal matters.

Ramazan Arslan graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2000 and completed his master’s degree (LL.M.) at Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law in the United States in 2006. Having successfully completed admission examinations to the New York State Bar Association, Ramazan Arslan worked thereafter with highly reputable international law firms both in New York and Istanbul.
